We’ve always championed a transparent and honest approach to lodge ownership, proudly offering the first 12 months of site fees completely included from day one—a benefit unique to Leisure Resorts. Now, understanding the importance of this annual fee, we’re taking our commitment to the next level by offering you unprecedented flexibility for the first year—or years—of ownership with us. This means even greater freedom and control from day one of joining our growing family of owners.
This is our standard offer! Enjoy the first 12 months of site fees entirely on us, starting from the day of handover.
Receive a credit equivalent to the first year’s site fee, split into two equal 50% credits over the first two years of ownership. These can be used directly against your site fees in both your first and second years, helping budget management over a longer period.
For maximum flexibility, spread the value of the first year’s site fee over the first four years of ownership. Owners receive four equal 25% credits, one for each of the first four years, providing consistent savings and giving you exceptional control over budget.
What’s more, should an owner choose to part-exchange or upgrade their lodge at any point during their ownership tenure, they’ll receive a further 12 months’ site fee credit added to their account. This unique benefit can also be applied with the above choices, offering you unparalleled flexibility throughout your Leisure Resorts journey. No other operator offers this.
