Every holiday home at Aysgarth Lodges comes complete with its very own hot tub out on the decking, so you can enjoy the relaxing and restorative effects of soaking in the warm bubbles surrounded by the picturesque Yorkshire Dales.

Falls End

Falls End is our very own bar & restaurant serving up a menu of seasonal homemade classics, created from the best quality locally sourced ingredients.

We also have a pizza oven located in our outside seating area where you can watch your pizza being created and cooked right in front of you.

We wouldn’t want your four-legged friends to miss out on the excitement, so dogs are very welcome in Falls End.

Farmer Jacks

Farmer Jacks is our handy on-site shop, located in the reception.

We stock a great selection of fresh, locally sourced produce such as meat, cheese, eggs and more.

You’ll also find a variety of tasty holiday refreshments with drinks, snacks and treats for the whole family, including ice cream for dogs!

Adventure Golf

Our nine-hole Adventure Golf course provides entertainment for the whole family.

Set in the market town of Hawes, just a 15 minute drive away, is The Wensleydale Creamery – home of the world renowned Wensleydale Cheese.Take a visit and enjoy the Wendsleydale Cheese Experience, where you’ll learn about the history and be able to watch the famed cheese being made. Then savour the finished product in their cheese shop, where you’ll be able to sample over 20 varieties.

Bolton Castle

One of the country’s best preserved medieval castles. Completed in 1399, its scars bear testament to over 600 years of fascinating history including involvement in the Pilgrimage of Grace, Mary Queen of Scot’s imprisonment and a Civil War siege. With one third of the rooms fully intact, visitors will get a taste of what life was really like during the Castle’s heyday through provoking sights, sounds & smells.

Departing at select time’s through-out the year from Redmire Station, just 5 miles from Aysgarth and with free parking to boot, a journey on the Wensleydale Railway is a wonderful experience for all the family.You might even be lucky and get to be pulled by one of their steam trains.

A firm family favourite, ‘The Strangest Place in the World’ was voted best European folly of the 20th century, as well as the best children’s attraction in Yorkshire. Offering its visitors a fun filled day out with a genuine difference, The Forbidden Corner is a must see filled with unique labyrinths, tunnels, chambers and galleries that present a barrage of tricky challenges, including the occasional spray of water.
