When are your parks open?

Our parks are open every day of the week, all year round.

What happens if I arrive late to a holiday park?

If you arrive after our reception has closed, our after-hours security team will assist you with your check-in. If you anticipate arriving after hours simply let our team know before your check-in date and we’ll do the rest.

Do you provide any extras for special occasions?

Do you accept supermarket deliveries on park?

Yes, we do. Feel free to schedule your grocery delivery for when you arrive on park – for information about the nearest supermarkets please ring the reception of your holiday park on the following numbers:

Can I order takeaways to park?

Of course. Each park has a vibrant local food scene and we’d love for you to experience the delicious food they have on offer from the comfort of your holiday home.

What are your restaurant opening hours?

For updates regarding restaurant and bar opening hours and events download the Leisure Resorts app and follow us on Facebook.

Is there WiFi on park?

Yes. We have free WiFi at all of our parks – you can find the password in the A-Z guide on the app.

What is the check-out time?

We ask that you hand your keys in at reception by 10am. You’re welcome to continue enjoying the facilities on park after you check-out until you make your journey home.

Do you offer any returning guest discounts?

Yes! Our returning guests will receive a discount of 5% on peak holidays and 10% on off-peak holidays when they rebook at any Leisure Resorts park.

Who do I contact if I have a complaint whilst staying at a Leisure Resorts park?

We ask you to go to the reception of the park to report your dissatisfaction. Alternatively there is a section within the Leisure Resorts app where you can report an issue. We will do our very best to rectify the situation immediately. For more information please click here to view our complaints procedure.

What facilities will my accommodation have?

You’ll find a range of facilities in your accommodation when you book with Leisure Resorts – which may include a fully-fitted kitchen with utensils, crockery and a fridge, a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, towels, linen, a robe per adult and a hair-dryer. All amenities are listed on our & booking partner’s website; some accommodation types have varying facilities.

Will my travel cot fit within the main bedroom of my holiday home?

Typically, travel cots will only fit in the living areas of our holiday homes, however, this will depend on the size of the model booked and floor space may vary. Please contact the friendly reception team at your chosen park and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs!

Can I book lodges next to each other?

Ring the reception of the park you wish to visit and we will do our best to help you arrange your accommodation so that you’re near your friends and family.

Can I extend my stay?

Not ready for the holiday to end? Pop into reception and find out if there is availability to extend your stay with offers starting at £80 p/night!

I’ve lost or left something at the park. What should I do?

While we understand that valued personal items can sometimes be misplaced or forgotten, we remind our guests that they are responsible for their own belongings. We cannot be held liable for any items lost or left behind in our lodges or accommodation. If you believe you have left something behind, please contact the park you stayed at directly as soon as possible (you’ll find their contact details on our site). While we will endeavour to keep any items found safe & secure, we cannot guarantee their return, and any return arrangements will incur a charge for postage/courier.
