What is the Ambassador Programme?

The Leisure Resorts Ambassador Programme is a referral Programme where you can earn a reward for recommending our holiday homes to your friends and family.

Can anyone join?

In short, yes, although there are a few exceptions. To become an Ambassador, you must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over. Details of other exclusions can be found by visiting our terms and conditions.

Please note, we may request proof of age and residency at any time.

Ideally, members of the Ambassador programme will be people who have visited our parks and have first-hand experience of just how brilliant they are.

How do I generate my referral link?

You can create your unique referral link – individual to you – right now by completing the simple form above. Once submitted, you’ll be presented with your referral link, along with the option to share immediately via Social Media, WhatsApp or email. There’s also an option to copy the referral link.

You’ll also receive an email with your unique link.

How do I start to refer?

Sign up for the Ambassador Programme by completing the form above.

Share your unique referral link immediately via the options provided (Facebook, X, WhatsApp, or Email). You’ll also receive your unique referral link via email, which can be forwarded to your friends, family, and acquaintances.

Share your link with potential invitees (UK residents aged 18 or over) who you feel might be interested in owning a holiday home with Leisure Resorts. Encourage them to use your link to register their interest and complete the online form with accurate information (note. your individual code will be pre-populated in the relevant field when the invitee uses the referral link)

Should your link be used by someone through our enquiry form (registering for a park tour), you will receive a notification. If they attend a VIP tour at one of our parks, complete the necessary documentation, finalise their purchase, and complete the handover process, you’ll be eligible for a £3,000 reward!

Once the necessary checks & cross checks are completed, a member of the team will contact you to confirm the reward and discuss how best to transfer funds to you.

Is there a limit to the number of people I can refer?

No, there’s no limit to the number of people you can refer to the Programme. The more successful referrals you have, the more rewards you can earn!

Are there any catches?

No. However, to ensure our Programme is fair and transparent for everyone, we do have some guidelines in place. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details on exclusions and acceptable and prohibited activities.

Where can I distribute my referral code?

You can share your referral code with friends, family, and anyone else you think might be interested in owning a Leisure Resorts holiday home. However, please be mindful of the following:

  • Spamming is strictly prohibited. Don’t send unsolicited messages to individuals.
  • Paid advertising is not allowed. This should be a genuine recommendation, not a sales pitch.
  • Focus on organic promotion. Share your link on social media (but clearly disclose your Ambassador status) or through email to individuals who might be genuinely interested.
  • Don’t create unauthorised social accounts or profiles. We want to maintain a clear and trustworthy brand image.

What’s in it for Leisure Resorts?

The Ambassador Programme allows us to connect with potential customers through trusted recommendations. It’s a win-win situation! You earn rewards for spreading the word about Leisure Resorts, and your friends and family get the opportunity to discover the joys and many benefits of owning a holiday home with us.

If one of the people I refer becomes an owner with Leisure Resorts, what do they receive?

The invitee will be eligible for any promotional offers available at the time of purchase (e.g., free site fee periods). These offers will be communicated to you and you can find the terms and conditions for these offers here.

How will I know which of my friends and family members have signed up using my link?

You will receive an email notifying you of anyone who has registered for a park tour using your link.

If that person goes on to becomes an owner, a member of the Leisure Resorts team will contact you to confirm a successful referral. They will ask for your bank details for the reward payment once the invitee completes the handover process.

What support will I receive?

Once you’ve signed up using the form above, you will gain access to our online resource portal filled with useful assets to help you promote Leisure Resorts across your social channels.

As an ambassador, you can also request physical marketing materials such as brochures and leaflets to give to your friends and family. Some of these items are free & some at a small cost to cover print & delivery. For more details of what’s available, please email ambassadors@leisureresorts.co.uk.

When and how will I receive my funds?

The reward will be paid via BACS transfer within 60 days of the invitee completing the handover process.

We’ll contact you to confirm your bank details after a successful referral.

What are the terms and conditions?

Can I refer myself?

No, self-referrals are not permitted. The Ambassador Programme is designed to encourage referrals between friends, family, and acquaintances.

What should I do if I’m having trouble sharing my referral link?

If you are experiencing difficulties sharing your referral link, if it isn’t working correctly, or if the invitee is struggling to fill out the form, please contact ambassadors@leisureresorts.co.uk..

The Invitee should ensure the correct referral code is input correctly when completing the online form. The onus is firmly on the Ambassador (Referrer) and the Invitee (your friend/family member) to ensure that the unique referral link is correct.
