Ambassador Terms & Conditions

Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions:

• “Ambassador” or “Referrer” means an individual who has joined the Leisure Resorts Ambassador Programme
• “Invitee” means an individual who has been referred to Leisure Resorts ownership by an Ambassador.
• “Referral Link” means the unique link generated via a 2-sided referral programme provided by Viral Loops.
• “Handover Process” means the invitee takes ownership of their lodge with payment completed (in full).

1. Acceptance

By participating in the Leisure Resorts Ambassador Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Ambassador Eligibility

2.1. To become an Ambassador, you must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over. Leisure Resorts may request proof of age and residency at any time.

2.2. The Ambassador must not be employed, directly or indirectly, by Leisure Resorts where an alternative programme is offered.

3. Ambassador Responsibilities

3.1. You agree to promote Leisure Resorts in a positive and truthful manner.

3.2. You agree not to engage in any misleading, deceptive, or unlawful activity, including but not limited to spamming, paid advertising, or creating unauthorised accounts or profiles that imply affiliation with Leisure Resorts.

3.3. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3.4. You are responsible for accurately sharing your unique referral link with potential invitees. Leisure Resorts is not responsible for any errors in the sharing or inputting of referral links.

4. Invitee Eligibility and Responsibilities

4.1. To be eligible for a referral reward, the invitee must be a new customer of Leisure Resorts and meet the following criteria:

4.1.1 be a UK resident aged 18 years or over

4.2. The invitee must use the provided referral link to register their interest in holiday home ownership, complete the online form with accurate information, and attend a VIP tour at a Leisure Resorts park.

4.3. The invitee must purchase a holiday home at a Leisure Resorts park and, in doing so, sign and agree to documentation, complete transfer of monies and complete the handover process.

4.3.1 The invitee will be eligible for any promotional offers at the time of purchase (for example, Free Site Fee periods). Terms and conditions relating to these promotional offers can be found here.

4.4. By participating in the program, both the referrer and invitee consent to collecting and using their personal data to administer the programme. The invitee must provide suitable consent for Leisure Resorts to contact them in relation to their interest and/or enquiry.

5. Referral Rewards

5.1. Upon successful referral completion, as outlined in Sections 2 and 3, the referrer will receive a reward of £3,000.

5.2. The reward will be paid via BACS transfer within 60 days of the invitee completing the handover process.

5.3. The reward of £3,000 is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. The reward you receive may be subject to taxation in the UK.

5.4. Leisure Resorts reserves the right to verify the eligibility of referrals and to withhold rewards if any irregularities are found.

6. Termination

6.1. Leisure Resorts reserves the right to terminate the Ambassador Program or an ambassador’s participation at any time without prior notice, in its sole discretion.

6.2. Leisure Resorts reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leisure Resorts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the Ambassador Programme

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Leisure Resorts and the ambassador and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
