Voucher values are based on lodge type:

• Single Lodge (typically 14ft): £5,000

• Double Lodge (typically upwards of 16ft x 40ft to a maximum of 20ft x 40ft): £7,500

• Super Lodge (typlically over 22ft x 50ft to a maximum of 22ft x 65ft): £10,000

The voucher will be dispatched within 7 days of purchase completion, once full payment has been received and cleared.

1. Promoter & Offer

This promotion is operated by Leisure Resorts Limited (the “Promoter”). The prize is offered in association with The Online Travel Group (trading as The Holiday Voucher Shop), a member of the Hays Independence Group, which acts as a selling agent for travel services on behalf of Hays Travel.

2. Promotion Period & Modifications

The promotion begins on Friday, 26th September 2025, and closes at 17:00 on Sunday, 7th December 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). All eligible purchases should be completed, as per term 3, by the closing time to be eligible. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, extend, or amend this promotion, its terms, and the Promotion Period at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to technical, logistical, or unforeseen events (Force Majeure) beyond its reasonable control. Any such changes will be published on the Leisure Resorts website and/or official social media channels. It is the sole responsibility of entrants to review these channels for updates. Any amendment or extension may, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, result in a delay to the prize draw and winner announcement. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any such modification or cancellation.

3. Eligibility

To qualify for the holiday voucher under this promotion, an individual must meet the following criteria during the Promotion Period:

• Place a minimum 10% deposit on a lodge at a Leisure Resorts park.
• The individual must be a new lodge owner. For the purpose of this promotion, a “new lodge owner” is defined as an individual who does not currently own a lodge at any Leisure Resorts location.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, or incentive other than any site fee offers advertised.

4. Voucher Value

The value of the holiday voucher provided is determined by the specific type of new lodge purchased, as follows:

• Single Lodge: A £5,000 holiday voucher
• Double Lodge: A £7,500 holiday voucher
• Super Lodge: A £10,000 holiday voucher

This offer is subject to lodge availability and is provided on a “first-come, first-served” basis while stocks last.

5. Voucher Provision

The holiday voucher will be dispatched to the eligible customer via The Online Travel Group within ten (10) days of the completion of the lodge purchase. “Completion of the lodge purchase” is defined as the date when the full payment has been received and cleared by Leisure Resorts. 6. General Terms

The holiday voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. This promotion does not alter the standard terms and conditions of sale for Leisure Resorts lodges, which apply in full to any purchase. By participating in this promotion, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms. This promotion and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
