The Greystone is a stylish and spacious luxury lodge, perfectly suited to families or small groups of up to four seeking comfort, quality, and a touch of adventure.

You enter the lodge through the patio doors, which lead directly into the bright and welcoming open plan living area. Here, the lounge, kitchen and dining space come together to create a sociable hub for your stay, complete with plush seating and a large Smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the North York Moors or the North Yorkshire coast.
To the side of the lodge, there is also a separate entrance hall with useful storage for coats, shoes, and muddy boots, a practical addition for those making the most of the outdoors. This side entrance also provides convenient access to the rear patio and hot tub area.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a stress free break, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together at your own pace.

There are two well presented bedrooms, each offering ample storage and wall mounted TVs. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed along with a private en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a spacious twin room, which may be arranged as a double on request, subject to availability.

Outside, the lodge continues to impress. The front decking area, complete with outdoor furniture, is perfect for morning coffee or relaxed al fresco dining. To the rear, a private patio area features additional seating and a hot tub, ideal for unwinding at the end of the day.

Parking for one car is available directly outside the lodge, with electric vehicle charging points located nearby.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodations. Please use the designated smoking areas outdoors and properly dispose of all materials.

Pets: Unless the accommodation is specified as a Pet-Friendly lodge, pets are prohibited.

WiFi: Free WiFi is available, subject to network conditions.

Hot Tub: This lodge benefits from a hot tub. While we strive to ensure the hot tub is ready upon arrival, due to our rigorous cleaning procedures, it may occasionally require a short delay to reach the optimal temperature. Guests are recommended to read the user guidelines clearly displayed around the hot tub area and/or within the Important Information collateral found within our A to Z guides.
