Voucher values are based on lodge type:

• Single Lodge (typically 14ft): £5,000

• Double Lodge (typically upwards of 16ft x 40ft to a maximum of 20ft x 40ft): £7,500

• Super Lodge (typlically over 22ft x 50ft to a maximum of 22ft x 65ft): £10,000

The voucher will be dispatched within 7 days of purchase completion, once full payment has been received and cleared.

1. Promoter & Offer

This promotion is operated by Leisure Resorts Limited (the “Promoter”). The prize is offered in association with The Online Travel Group (trading as The Holiday Voucher Shop), a member of the Hays Independence Group, which acts as a selling agent for travel services on behalf of Hays Travel.

2. Promotion Period & Modifications

The promotion begins on Monday, 26th January 2026, and closes at 17:00 on Sunday, 5th April 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). All qualifying actions must be completed by the closing time to be eligible.

Important: The Promoter reserves the right to remove, cancel, extend, or amend this promotion, its terms, and the Promotion Period at any point and without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, technical, logistical, or unforeseen events (Force Majeure) beyond its reasonable control.

Any such changes will be published on the Leisure Resorts website and/or official social media channels. It is the sole responsibility of entrants to review these channels for updates. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any such modification or cancellation.

3. Eligibility

To qualify for the holiday voucher, an individual must meet the following criteria during the Promotion Period:

• Place a minimum 10% deposit on a lodge at a Leisure Resorts park.

• The individual must be a “new lodge owner,” defined as someone who does not currently own a lodge at any Leisure Resorts location.

• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, or incentive, other than advertised site fee offers.

4. Voucher Value

The value of the holiday voucher is determined by the specific type of lodge purchased:

• Single Lodge: £5,000 holiday voucher

• Double Lodge: £7,500 holiday voucher

• Super Lodge: £10,000 holiday voucher

This offer is subject to lodge availability and is provided on a “first-come, first-served” basis while stocks last.

5. Voucher Provision

The holiday voucher will be dispatched via The Online Travel Group within ten (10) days of the completion of the lodge purchase (defined as the date when full payment has been received and cleared). Vouchers are subject to the third-party terms at www.holidayvouchershop.co.uk/terms-and-conditions.

At the sole discretion of the Leisure Resorts Directors, the value of the holiday voucher may be transferred for use as a discount against the advertised lodge price. If this price discount is applied, no holiday voucher will be issued, and no further discounts or incentives will be offered or relevant.

6. General Terms

The holiday voucher is non-transferable (unless applied as a price discount per Section 5), non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. This promotion does not alter the standard terms and conditions of sale for Leisure Resorts lodges. This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
