The offer is available on all eligable lodge purchases at Angrove Leisure Resort in North Yorkshire, Aysgarth Leisure Resort in the Yorkshire Dales and Ullswater Heights Leisure Resort in the Lake District. Contact your preferred resort to find out which lodges are eligible.

Site fees for 2029 haven’t been confirmed yet, as we don’t know what the annual changes will be for 2028 and 2029. However, our Site Fee Promise guarantees that annual site fee increases will never exceed 6%, giving you greater peace of mind when planning ahead.

Yes. Although your site fees are included during the promotional period, other ownership costs still apply. These include electricity and gas usage, insurance, finance repayments if applicable, and general lodge maintenance. Our team will talk you through the costs relevant to your chosen lodge before you make a decision.

1. GENERAL ELIGIBILITY & EXCLUSIONS

   • Promotional Period: This offer applies to qualifying Lodge Holiday Home purchases and part-exchange upgrades completed during the Autumn 2026 promotional window – 6^th October 2026 until 15^th November 2026.
   • Offer may be amended: extended, suspended, or terminated at any time within these dates. Any amendments or variations to the promotion will be published on the Leisure Resorts website and will take effect immediately.
   • Eligible Stock: This promotion applies strictly to selected promotional lodges owned by Leisure Resorts at participating parks (Aysgarth, Ullswater, and Angrove).
   • Exclusions:
     • This offer is not available to existing lodge owners.
     • This offer is not available on Lodge Holiday Homes designated or listed as Private Sales or Assisted Private Sales.
     • On Lodge Holiday Homes listed for sale via our Assisted Private Sale scheme, Leisure Resorts’ standard “12-Month Site Fees Included” offer applies.

   NEW OWNERS

   • No Site Fees to Pay Until January 2029: New customers purchasing an eligible promotional Lodge Holiday Home will receive standard pitch site fees fully covered from the date of completion up until 1st January 2029.
   • Account Credit Mechanism: The promotion is fulfilled via a promotional credit applied to the customer’s owner account, covering standard annual site fee liabilities for the remainder of 2026, the full 2027 calendar year, and the full 2028 calendar year. Note: This option is not eligible for Site Fee Choices unless otherwise agreed in writing by a director of Leisure Resorts Limited.
   • 2029 Invoicing Cycle: Standard site fees for the 2029 billing cycle will be calculated, confirmed, and invoiced in or around October / November 2028.
   • Annual Fee Adjustments: Site fees remain subject to standard annual review and inflationary adjustments during the promotional period. For further details regarding how site fees are calculated and adjusted, please refer to our guide at leisureresorts.co.uk/ownership-hub/our-site-fees-guide/.

   Subsequent Payments: Following the expiration of the promotional period on 1st January 2029, the customer becomes fully liable for all subsequent annual site fees in accordance with standard payment

   EXISTING OWNERS

   • Site Fee Credit to January 2028: Existing owners who upgradetheir current Lodge Holiday Home for an eligible promotional upgrade lodge will receive an account credit covering standard site fees on their new lodge up until 1st January 2028. This includes annual adjustments made for published 2027 Site Fee.
   • Existing Promotional Offers: If an existing owner joined Leisure Resorts under a previous promotional offer or holds an active site fee incentive on their current Lodge Holiday Home, that promotion/credit will remain on their owner account. The new Autumn Upgrade credit will be applied in addition to any existing balance.
   • 2028 Invoicing Cycle: Annual site fees for the 2028 season will be confirmed and invoiced in or around October / November 2027.

   GENERAL TERMS

   • Leisure Resorts reserves the right, at its sole, absolute, and unrestricted discretion, to amend, extend, vary, suspend, or terminate this promotion, or any part thereof, at any time and without prior notice.
   • Any amendments or variations to the promotion will be published on the Leisure Resorts website and will take effect immediately.
   • Leisure Resorts accepts no liability for any financial losses, damages, or disappointments resulting from the amendment, suspension, or withdrawal of this promotion.
   • This promotion is a standalone retail incentive and does not alter, amend, or supersede the standard terms and conditions of sale, license agreements, or park rules governing Leisure Resorts holiday lodges.
