2. PROMOTIONAL QUANTITY, CAP, AND EXTENSIONS

Leisure Resorts reserves the absolute right, at its sole and unrestricted discretion, to extend the promotion, increase the allocation, or release subsequent phases of additional promotional vehicles should the campaign prove successful. 3. VEHICLE FUNDING (THE MARKETING SUBSIDY)

3.1. Under this promotion, Leisure Resorts does not supply, distribute, manufacture, or contract the vehicle directly. The promotion operates strictly via a fixed-value commercial contribution (the “Marketing Subsidy”) toward a 24-month Personal Contract Hire (PCH) lease agreement.

3.2. The maximum total financial value of the Marketing Subsidy is strictly capped based on the category of lodge purchased:

• Tier 1 Lodge Purchase (Single Unit): Total funding allowance capped at a maximum of £7,500 (inclusive of VAT).

3.3. The allocated Marketing Subsidy will be disbursed by Leisure Resorts to fully fund the initial upfront rental fee and subsequently subsidise the ongoing monthly rental charges for the 24-month duration of the PCH agreement, up to the maximum capped allowance specified in clause 3.2.

4. BROKER PARTNERSHIP, CONTRACT LIABILITY, AND UNDERWRITING

4.1. To facilitate vehicle procurement, Leisure Resorts has partnered with Kudos Commercial Finance Limited (“Kudos Commercial”), an independent, FCA-regulated vehicle broker (authorised and regulated by the FCA under the firm reference number 912197). Kudos Commercial acts as an introductory broker and may place the lease agreement with third-party automotive leasing funders and financial institutions.

4.2. The 24-month PCH contract must be processed, executed, and signed directly in the personal name of the qualifying new lodge purchaser. The lodge purchaser assumes primary, direct contractual and financial liability for the vehicle credit agreement.

4.3. All vehicle leases are subject to standard consumer underwriting, financial profiling, and credit approval checks by the broker’s designated leasing funder. Leisure Resorts carries zero credit risk and has no control over credit decisions.

4.4. Credit Declines:

In the event that the prospective lodge buyer fails to pass the leasing funder’s credit assessment, the vehicle offer becomes null and void. In this instance, Leisure Resorts will arrange an alternative, non-automotive commercial arrangement (such as an equivalent site fee credit or an upfront lodge purchase discount) equivalent to the financial value of the allocated tier cap.

5. VEHICLE SPECIFICATIONS & DYNAMIC MONTHLY SELECTION

5.1. All promotional vehicles are provided on a 24-month, non-maintained profile, with a contractually agreed mileage allowance of 8,000 miles per annum (16,000 miles total across the contract term).

5.2. Due to fluctuating vehicle availability, pricing and campaign offers, Leisure Resorts cannot guarantee a static choice of vehicle(s). Vehicles are sourced dynamically on a month-by-month basis.

5.3. Where possible, a representative “Monthly Vehicle Menu” will be provided at the point of lodge inquiry, showcasing available models for that calendar month.

6. VEHICLE UPGRADES & SUPPLEMENTARY COSTS

6.1. The lodge buyer may choose to apply their capped promotional funding allowance as a contribution toward an alternative, more expensive vehicle model or a higher monthly lease profile.

6.2. In the event of an upgrade, any financial deficit—including a higher initial rental deposit, increased monthly payments, or supplementary broker administration fees exceeding the standard Tier 1 (£7,500) or Tier 2 (£11,000) caps—will be the sole, exclusive liability of the lodge buyer.

7. RUNNING COSTS & DE-HIRE LIABILITIES

7.1. Because the PCH agreement is personal to the lodge buyer’s name, all initial rentals and monthly lease payments will be collected directly from the purchaser’s personal bank account via Direct Debit by the leasing funder.

7.2. Leisure Resorts will reimburse the purchaser for these costs by initiating a bank transfer to the purchaser’s designated account (the initial rental upon vehicle order confirmation, followed by equal monthly marketing subsidy payments for the remaining 23 months of the lease contract).

7.3. The lodge buyer is solely and exclusively responsible for all vehicle running costs outside of the core lease rental fee. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Arranging and maintaining fully comprehensive motor insurance for the duration of the 24 months.
• Fuel, electric charging costs, oil, fluids, and ad-blue.
• All routine vehicle maintenance, servicing, tyres, and wear-and-tear items.

7.4. At the conclusion of the 24-month term, the vehicle must be returned to the leasing company. The lodge buyer is personally and solely liable for any financial penalties incurred at de-hire, including excess mileage fees (charged per mile over the 16,000-mile limit) and any vehicle bodywork or interior damage falling outside the BVRLA (British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association) Fair Wear and Tear guidelines.

8. BREACH OF CONTRACT & TERMINATION OF SUBSIDY

8.1. The continuation of the monthly marketing subsidy from Leisure Resorts is strictly conditional upon the buyer remaining in good contractual standing as a lodge owner on the park.

8.2. If the lodge buyer defaults on their holiday park site fees, falls into a material breach of the park’s license agreement, or terminates their park contract/sells the lodge within the 24-month promotional window, Leisure Resorts retains the absolute contractual right to immediately cease the monthly subsidy cash transfers.

8.3. In the event that Leisure Resorts terminates the subsidy due to a park contract breach or lodge sale, the lodge buyer remains fully and solely liable to the automotive leasing funder for the remaining monthly payments and obligations of their 24-month personal PCH agreement. Leisure Resorts assumes zero liability for the ongoing servicing of the private credit debt.

9. AMENDMENT, SUSPENSION, AND WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

9.1. Leisure Resorts reserves the right, at its sole, absolute, and unrestricted discretion, to amend, vary, suspend, or terminate this promotion, these terms and conditions, or any part thereof, at any time and without prior notice.

9.2. Any amendments or variations to the promotion will be published on the Leisure Resorts website and will take effect immediately. Buyers who have already completed their lodge purchase and completed their vehicle lease prior to the date of withdrawal or amendment will not have their existing 24-month subsidy affected.

9.3. Leisure Resorts accepts no liability for any financial losses, damages, or disappointments resulting from the amendment, suspension, or withdrawal of this promotion.

10. GENERAL TERMS

10.1. The Marketing Subsidy and vehicle incentive provided under this promotion are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, site fee credits, or any alternative discounts (except under the strict conditions specified in Clause 4.4 regarding credit declines, or unless express written authorisation is given by a Director of Leisure Resorts Limited).

10.2. This promotion is a standalone retail incentive and does not alter, amend, or supersede the standard terms and conditions of sale, license agreements, or park rules governing Leisure Resorts holiday lodges.

10.3. Leisure Resorts accepts no liability for any ongoing disputes, mechanical failures, vehicle delivery delays, or contractual disagreements that may arise between the lodge buyer, Kudos Commercial, or the third-party leasing funder.

10.4. This promotion, these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

4. HOW TO ENTER & ENTRY ALLOCATIONS

5. THE PRIZE SPECIFICATION

9. PUBLICITY

9.1. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the prize draw, which may include their name and likeness being used in promotional materials, social media posts, and on Leisure Resorts’ website. 9.2. 10. DATA PROTECTION

10.1.
