We first discovered Ullswater Heights just after Covid restrictions were lifted. Having stayed in many parks before, we immediately felt something was different here. We instantly fell in love with the park, and so did our boys. After visiting a few more times, we joked on the drive in that we would one day own a lodge at Ullswater Heights. The location is perfect, the park is clean and well maintained, and the staff are always friendly, making the whole experience feel like home.

That initial impression has remained with us throughout ownership. The site has consistently been immaculate, and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. They know us by name and make a point of including the boys too. Small touches, like remembering our son’s allergies, are greatly appreciated and make a real difference.

One thing we wish we had known sooner is the concierge service, which allows us to order a food shop and have it ready in our lodge on arrival. For us, the Leisure Resorts way is clear: the park is family orientated, and family focused, offering a warm and welcoming environment for all ages.
