Eric and Lisa Brindle are enthusiastic lodge owners who love spending time at Angrove with their two spaniels. From the very beginning, they were drawn to the park’s welcoming atmosphere, beautifully maintained grounds, and the spacious layout of the lodges. Their early experiences with the team gave them the confidence to invest in a lodge, and in 2023 they upgraded to a double lodge to make the most of their time at Angrove.

Our first impression was how welcoming and professional everything felt, with gardens that were beautifully maintained. Harry really supported us through those early conversations, listening to what we needed and guiding us in a genuine, non-pushy way, which gave us complete confidence. We loved how the site was all positioned nicely, with lodges having space around them and angled differently, which was very different from what we had seen on other sites.

Our view has only improved over time. Standards remain high, and the team always goes above and beyond – big shout out to the maintenance and security team. We only wish we’d known how much we’d enjoy it sooner; we might have become owners even earlier!

What really stands out to us about the Leisure Resorts way is the genuine care and attention to detail. The included benefits, such as WIFI and warranties, make ownership completely stress-free and easy. While being family-owned wasn’t a deciding factor for us, what mattered most was the location, excellent quality, and outstanding service.

The sales process was smooth, transparent, and pressure-free, and we always felt supported. The paperwork was clear and easy to understand, with the team taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. The welcome and handover were fantastic – friendly, thorough, and a really special experience, with thoughtful touches like welcome gifts and even a bow on the door. Sophie, The Deputy Manager, has been amazing in handling everything on our snagging list efficiently.
