Finding your perfect holiday home starts with understanding the options, and we offer a range of lodge types designed to suit different needs and preferences. While Single Lodge, Lodge, and Superlodge are the terms we use here at Leisure Resorts, it’s worth knowing that other park operators might use different names for similar holiday homes.
Crucially, all our lodge holiday homes meet either the EN 1647 (European Standard) or the BS 3632 (British Residential Standard). This means every one of our lodges is suitable for 12-month holiday use, whatever the season, ensuring year-round comfort and enjoyment.

Single Lodges
These are typically your ideal entry point, perfect for first-time owners eager to begin their journey. They generally range from 13ft x 40ft to a maximum of 14ft x 45ft, offering a comfortable variety of sizes. New Single Lodges come with licence tenures of up to 25 years.
Double Lodges
Our collection of new and pre-owned Double Lodges offers a noticeable increase in space, typically ranging from 16ft x 40ft to a maximum of 20ft x 40ft. You’ll find generous open-plan living and dining areas that flow into beautifully presented modern kitchens, complete with a range of integrated, top-of-the-range mod cons essential for contemporary living. New Lodges come with licence tenures of up to 50 years.
Super Lodges
These truly represent the pinnacle of spacious luxury lodge ownership. Our Superlodges offer expansive living areas that typically range from over 22ft x 50ft to a maximum of 22ft x 65ft. Architecturally designed and meticulously built to exacting specifications, they often feature customisable finishes, truly embodying the creme de la creme of British lodge manufacturing. New Superlodges also come with licence tenures of up to 50 years.
