Opened in July 2019 and built around the banks of its very own 8-acre lake and amidst 59-acres of picturesque Lakeland countryside, Ullswater Heights is the result of a £20 million transformation which provides a holiday park experience like no other.
We have an array of brand new holiday homes and lodges available, each positioned on prime and unique locations across the park. Our brilliant bar and restaurant, The Lake House, serves delicious homecooked meals and our playground and farm allow for hours of entertainment for your family.

Chloe Ann's Farm
Our very own farm where you will be able to encounter farmyard favourites and rare breeds – cute and cuddly, big and small. Our fun farm can be enjoyed by all ages and provides interactive sessions that include meeting our rabbits, alpacas, goats, sheep and lots more.
Our adventure golf course is brand new for 2021 and provides entertainment for the whole family! Free to use, simply collect your clubs from The Lake House Bar and Restaurant and enjoy!
Archery and Other Activities
We’ve teamed up with the friendly team at Alfresco Adventures to provide a fun archery experience here at Ullswater Heights which can be enjoyed by the whole family (aged 7 years and over).
Alternatively, if you fancy venturing out and about, the team can also provide guided walks, rock climbing, stand up paddle boarding and more. Activities can be booked directly through the Alfresco Adventures website via the link below.

Built at the end of the 14th century, the imposing ruins of Penrith Castle stand as a lasting monument to medieval times and the battles between the English and the Scots.
