Your annual site fee covers far more than just a plot of land. In fact, compared to other holiday parks our site fees offer incredible value for money for our owners. Here is a breakdown of everything they cover:

  • Landscaping & Groundskeeping
  • Park Security
  • A dedicated concierge service
  • 15% discount at all Leisure Resorts bars, restaurants and retail outlets
  • One complimentary off-peak weekend stay at another Leisure Resorts location
  • 20% discount for friends and family on their Leisure Resorts holiday bookings
  • 12-month holiday access so you can use your lodge throughout the year, whenever it suits you
  • On-demand services including access to trusted local cleaning providers (available at additional cost)

What are our annual site fees?

For the current year (2025), the site fees are as follows:

Angrove Country Park: £5,783 per annum
Ullswater Heights: £7,041 per annum
Aysgarth Lodge Holidays: £5,950 per annum

New lodge owners receive their first 12 months of site fees completely free. To make ownership even more affordable, you can choose to spread your free site fee credit across up to four years, easing the cost of your annual site fees.

Is finance available?

Yes. We are a credit broker, not a lender, and can introduce you to a reputable lender like Santander who may be able to offer you funding for your holiday home. This option could allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over a set term with regular monthly repayments.

Will my lodge be overed by a warranty?

All of our lodges are covered by a warranty of up to five years to give you peace of mind. For further information on the specific warranties, speak to our friendly team.

How many months are Leisure Resorts open?

All of our resorts are open for 12 months every year meaning you can escape to your holiday lodge at any time of the year.
